Bosch as a company is great, data annotation department is more biased and there is no value for the associates who relocate from other states to core location.

Dislikes

Technical leads assume themselves as project managers. Project managers are completely dependent on tech leads. Managers are puppet and more biased to seniors in the team.

There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you.
